Inclusion in the BIOCOM Purchasing Group Gold Supplier Program and Portfolio does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by BIOCOM Purchasing Group or BIOCOM of the merchant products and/or services described or referenced herein and is not to be construed as an approval, association, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation. Neither BIOCOM Purchasing Group nor BIOCOM assumes any liability or responsibility for any part of any transaction originating from this program. Neither BIOCOM Purchasing Group nor BIOCOM guarantee product and/or service availability or that the prices advertised or offered are the lowest available. All transactions and communications are strictly between the merchant and the customer. Gold Supplier Program application acceptance subject to BIOCOM Purchasing Group approval; BIOCOM Purchasing Group reserves the right to cancel any Gold Supplier listing at any time. Member must remain current on all BIOCOM dues to participate in the Gold Supplier Program. Should a Premier Supplier be added that competes with a Gold Supplier, the Gold Supplier will be removed from the listing immediately (location-based and other exceptions may apply). Courtesy mention of like-category RFP prior to listing cancel program participation subject to agreement of terms and conditions. The list of participating merchants and the discounts offered by such merchants are subject to change without notice at any time and for any reason.
