BIOCOM was founded to advocate on the local government level, and continues that tradition today. BIOCOM has been actively engaged in issues related to industrial land use, water acquisition and delivery, energy infrastructure initiatives and other matters critical to the competitiveness of Southern California life science companies in a global market.
