RetirementDNA Addresses Employer 401k Education Gap With 401konomics
RetirementDNA, the BIOCOM Purchasing Group provider of 401k plans, has launched a new free service for BIOCOM members called 401konomics. Recognizing that employers have significant educational requirements under Federal ERISA statutes, 401konomics is a new quarterly conference call service for employees that allows them to listen to a discussion of market performance, 401k investment strategies and the economy. 401konomics is designed to be agnostic to the 401k plan in place at a BIOCOM member company and requires the employer to do nothing other than provide the dial-in number for employees to call, listen, learn and ask questions about their 401k. Importantly, 401konomics helps meet the educational requirements under ERISA.
