Donald J. Brooks, Chief Technology Officer, CardioDynamics
Donald J. Brooks joined the company in September 2004 as Vice President of Product Development and was appointed as Chief Technology Officer in January 2006. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Brooks served as Director of Product Development and VP of Operations at Zargis Medical (a Siemens start-up venture). From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Brooks served as a Senior Systems Design Engineer at Walnut Technologies, Inc. Prior to 2001, Mr. Brooks held other various managerial positions, including Vice President of Operations for Boston Medical Technologies and Engineering Manager for Siemens Medical Systems.

Kelly McClure, Sr. Director Systems Research and Development, Second Sight
Kelly H. McClure has an MS in Computer Engineering-Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1998), a BS in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (1989), and an AS in Electronic Technology from the University of Alaska (1985). He is the Director of Engineering at Second Sight Medical Products located in Sylmar, California. He recently served as the Director of Bion Research and Development at Advanced Bionics Corporation, located in Valencia California. There from 1999 through 2003, he recruited and led a team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to build a revolutionary rechargeable injectable neurostimulator system (bionTM) that can be used for a variety of peripheral nerve stimulation applications. This device is presently in clinical trials in Europe and the USA.

Robert More, General Partner, Frazier Healthcare Ventures
Mr. More joined Frazier Healthcare Ventures in 2008 as a General Partner and is a member of the firm's biopharma and medical device investment teams. Prior to Frazier Healthcare, Mr. More was a Partner with Domain Associates, having joined the firm in 1996 as a Kauffman Fellow and becoming a Partner in 2000. From 1997-1998, Mr. More served as the Chief Operating Officer of Small Molecule Therapeutics, a Domain portfolio company subsequently purchased by Morphochem AG. And from 1992 to 1995, Mr. More was with Pharmacia Biotech in sales. Prior to joining Pharmacia, Mr. More held a research position at Somatogen, a company developing a recombinant blood substitute that was subsequently bought by Baxter. While attending business school, Mr. More worked with MedVest, an early-stage venture group in Washington, D.C.

Ken Selzer MD, Venture Partner, Finistere Partner
Dr. Selzer is a graduate of both UCLA School of Medicine and Harvard Business School. He has done advanced training and research, in the neurosciences, at both Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, and the UCSD School of Medicine in San Diego. He is board certified in both Pain Management and Neurology. He currently sits on the board of INC Research and is an emeritus board member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association. In addition he is a member of the Scientific Advisory Boards at the Institute for Aging, and Photothera, as well as an active member of WPO. He has extensive expertise in the areas of developing CNS/Pain drugs and devices.

Dr. Selzer has twenty five years experience with healthcare service, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical companies. His business experience has included senior management positions in both an entrepreneurial environment as well as in large companies such as Pharmacia-Pfizer. He was the founder, CEO of INC Research, where he successfully raised over $30 million dollars in Venture Capital money from four blue chip Venture funds. INC Research, now a global CRO, is focused on CNS/Pain clinical trials, in phase I to IV. INC currently manages clinical trials in 25 different countries. INC Research was the third company which he founded.

Michael Collins, Vice President Research, Development and Medical Education, Zimmer Dental
Michael Collins was appointed Vice President of Research and Development for Zimmer Dental in October, 2004. He joined Zimmer in 2000 as a Senior Project Engineer in the Hip Development group and was promoted to Principal Engineer in January of 2002. In 2003, Mr. Collins transitioned into the U.S. Hip Marketing Group where he served as Product Manager over the organization's entire acetabular hip portfolio. Prior to working at Zimmer, Mr. Collins served as Director of Engineering for Kinetikos Medical Inc., a small start-up bone orthopaedic company located in San Diego, CA.
