Implementation Manager

Reports to: Purchasing Group Managing Director

This position will be accountable for the successful and complete implementation of Biocom contract solutions for members participating in the Biocom Purchasing Group. Work includes extensive Biocom Member, supplier and sales team engagement, data collection, value analysis, identification of savings opportunities and project management. Additional responsibilities include savings and contract revenue documentation, and other general project support activities.  This position will collaborate with all areas of the Biocom team including contract negotiations, business development, data analytics and events.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Biocom sales and business development team to increase Member contract utilization.
  • Identify Member savings and expedite the implementation of Member contracts.
  • Facilitate implementation of contracts and validate maximum value by tracking savings, and revenue.
  • Inform members of Biocom opportunities and capabilities, and ensure member is maximizing the use of Biocom agreements through continuing spend analysis.
  • Lead Member data collection and Biocom value analysis reporting.
  • Collaborate with Biocom Purchasing Group contracting team to maximize Member value and verify contract market competitiveness.
  • Facilitate sales targeting for contracted suppliers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of performing data analytics reporting required.
  • Excellent customer management skills required
  • Experience in the life sciences market preferred, clinical experience is a plus.
  • Financial acumen in working with expense and revenue budgets.
  • Ability to participate in Biocom member and supplier events.
