Biocom hosted its first Extreme Networking event at Berkeley Ironworks on Tuesday, February 11th and we kicked if off with an evening of indoor rock climbing! After scaling walls and defying gravity, attendees took part in a lively reception hosted by Wareham Development at their Berkeley Aquatic Park Center Campus.

Over 60 participants across the Bay Area came out for the inaugural event, including Biocom members from Acepix Biosciences, Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, Bonneville Labs, Caribou Biosciences, Catalent, Clinipace Worldwide, Eureka Therapeutics, Perfect Day, Silicon Valley Advantage, STA Pharmaceutical, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Ultragenyx.

Thank you to our reception host, Wareham Development and our partnership with Berkeley Emeryville Bio. We are excited to bring a fun approach to networking with our Extreme Networking series, which will allow life science professionals to connect with their peers while also getting the blood flowing in a healthy, sport-related activity. Stay tuned for more Extreme Networking opportunities in the Bay Area!
