As a US 501c3 public charity, The Centre is also the home of the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World (or for short, the GDEIB). The GDEIB helps organizations determine strategy and measure progress in managing diversity and fostering inclusion.

Dr. Eddie Glaude Jr.
Chair of Princeton’s African American Studies Department. He was a featured speaker at the People of Color Conference in 2021 and brought the house down. Eddie S. Glaude Jr. is an intellectual who speaks to the complex dynamics of the American experience. His most well-known books, Democracy in Black: How Race Still Enslaves the American Soul, and In a Shade of Blue: Pragmatism and the Politics of Black America, take a wide look at black communities, the difficulties of race in the United States, and the challenges our democracy face.
Helen Zia is an activist, author, and former journalist. She was a featured speaker at the People of Color Conference in 2021 delivering an eye-opening talk entitled “Asian Americans from Margin to Center: Challenging Self, Changing Systems, Choosing Justice.”
Dr. Janice Z. Gassam Asare
Dr. Janice Z. Gassam Asare has 10 years of experience facilitating racial dialogue and educating/coaching individuals and executives on how to create inclusive cultures. She is the author of the best-selling books Dirty Diversity and The Pink Elephant. She founded an award-winning consultancy, BWG Business Solutions, which was created to help businesses foster greater equity and inclusion. She hosts Dirty Diversity Dinner Sessions, which are informal conversations around diversity-related topics, discussed over delicious food and she has a podcast, Dirty Diversity, focused on all the “diversi-tea.” She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Management.
Khyati Y. Joshi
Dr. Khyati Y. Joshi is a scholar and thought leader on the intersecting issues of race, religion, and immigration in the United States. Her writings, speeches, and course work focus on promoting cultural and religious pluralism in the United States. Through her workshops and consulting, Dr. Joshi engages educators, policymakers, and community leaders in an examination of the historical and systemic nature of bias, its consequences in everyday life, and the solutions that foster social justice and inclusiveness. In doing so, she provides clients with the tools to enhance both their own and their organizations’ ability to provide inclusive, meaningful services and experiences in an increasingly connected and diverse world.
