The Medical Device & Diagnostics Committee is responsible for keeping a pulse on the current trends and issues impacting our medical device and diagnostic member companies.
Committee Responsibilities
Identify Resources
Identify event topics and potential speakers.
Promote Events
Help promote and bring industry representatives to medical device events.
Develop Literature
Assist with developing medical device literature.
Recruit Members
Assist in recruiting new Biocom California medical device members.
Brainstorm Ideas
Brainstorm new ideas and programs to improve the medical device industry.
Biocom California Responsibilities
Host Events
Develop and host informative and challenging events and meetings.
Pitch Companies
Encourage prospective medical device companies to join Biocom California.
Develop Literature
Develop medical device literature and member communications.
Organize Logistics
Organize logistics for meetings and events.
Announcements
Email Biocom California medical device event announcements.
Committee Chairs
Committee Admissions Requirements
Must be Biocom California members. All members welcome. In-person meetings take place three times a year at Biocom California with two phone call meetings during the year. Members may send a delegate if unable to attend the meeting. Members should also be able to attend one of the two medical device events in the year.
