Michelle is responsible for providing superior member care by building and maintaining excellent relationships with members, assisting them with their goals and needs, ensuring they take advantage of Biocom California’s numerous benefits, and connecting them with vital resources and opportunities. She also manages the entire invoice and collections process and helps head Biocom California’s Medical Device committee.
Her background includes membership retention and recruitment, sales, marketing, and community relations. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
