San Diego EH&S Committee

Mission Statement

This committee seeks to address and resolve environmental health and safety issues involved with operating a life science company. The committee recommends positions on environmental bills to the Legislative Committee/Public Policy Oversight Committee and periodically develops and performs surveys that quantify the unique aspects of our industry in order to educate policymakers on the impacts of regulations.

Committee Make-Up

To ensure a strong working committee, participation will include the Co-Chairs and Committee members. Committee members are required to attend/call in to at least four EH&S related meetings per year to maintain a seat on the committee. Meetings take place bi-monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month at 8:30am.
