Every day, the life science industry makes indelible impressions on the world through discoveries, novel therapies and products that drastically improve the lives of patients. But an industry is only as strong as the individuals who choose to live their lives in pursuit of a common goal. This November, we want to celebrate YOU, our members, our colleagues, our heroes, by highlighting the extraordinary efforts and strides that you’ve made this year to improve the human condition. Join us as we celebrate our industry and most notably, you, the individual, for the mark you can and ARE making on this industry. You are all reMARKable.

Meet Our Keynote Speakers: Justin Skeesuck and Patrick Gray
Justin Skeesuck and Patrick Gray have been blessed with a unique friendship that spans more than 40 years. Despite the many challenges of a progressive neuromuscular disease robbing Justin of the use of his arms and legs, the two seek to live life without reservation. Their friendship has taken them on many adventures together; most notably their 500-mile wheelchair journey across the vast terrain of northern Spain. Hear more about this incredible duo at our Annual Dinner event page.

Networking Cocktail Reception
Plan to arrive early and enjoy a beautiful networking reception sponsored by Marsh & McLennan Agency.  MMA is making their mark on our industry every day by supporting companies by advocating for competitive healthcare premiums to ensure our members can attract key talent and protect their bottom line.

See below for our exciting line-up of entertainment during the reception portion of the program.

Life is the Canvas, You are the Artist. Make Your Mark

Attendees will have the opportunity to “Make your Mark” and contribute to a canvas painting during the reception portion of the evening, as you help live painter and Ovarian Cancer Survivor, Amy Burkman finish her artwork on-site at the event. The finished artwork that you help contribute to will be revealed at the conclusion of the dinner. Amy Burkman is a professional muralist, multi-media artist, animal lover, philanthropist, cancer survivor and seasoned live art entertainer.

Whiskey A GO GO
The famous bar on the Sunset Strip in LA helped some of the most amazing bands in the world “Make Their Mark” and Biocom is pleased to have IDA Ireland sponsor our Whisky a Go Go tasting area where attendees are invited to visit, taste and learn about some of the best Whiskeys from the motherland.  Let IDA Ireland send you off to Mark Your Mark with a nice glass of Whisky TO GO GO
