Enterprise National

The combination of National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car into Enterprise Holdings has created a rental car operation that is unparalleled in convenience, service and worldwide recognition.

As a Biocom member under our agreement, you will benefit from a car rental conglomerate offering the largest network of vehicles and locations than all of their major competitors combined. Each member will receive access to National's global rental network and its award winning Emerald Club service at major airport locations as well as Enterprise Rent-A-Car's competitive corporate rates at thousands of neighborhoods across the country.

Some perks include: Faster rentals while bypassing the rental counter. Choosing your car by reserving a mid-size car and personally choosing any available car on the Emerald Aisle or the Executive Selection Aisle (depending on your level of service) and pay the mid-size car class rate. Arrival alerts: Sign up for Arrival Alerts and receive email notification within one hour of your rental that includes your reservation number, rental location directions and other helpful information. Sign up for Return Alerts and receive email notification four hours in advance of your scheduled rental return for the return location address, airport name, a link to a map guiding you to the return location and the contact number to call if a reservation extension is needed. Faster returns with E-receipts, there's no need to wait for an agent to give you a receipt. Then with Drop & Go service you can drop off the car and be on your way.
