Mission and Vision
Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant network of life science HR leaders, providing opportunities to share resources, exchange ideas and advance innovative practices that strengthen our organizations and our people.
To be the driving force that shapes the future of work in life science, advancing the HR profession as strategic partners to CEOs and business leaders while empowering innovation, excellence and collaboration that deliver lasting business results.
Member Eligibility
Eligibility is open to HR, Talent and People Operations professionals working in the life science industry, including biotech, medical device, diagnostics and related subsectors.
Membership is open to HR leaders, managers and practitioners at all levels committed to collaboration and advancing the HR profession within life sciences. While primarily focused on the life science ecosystem in California, professionals outside the state may be considered.
You do not need to be a Biocom member organization to join.
Current membership includes more than 600 HR professionals across California and continues to grow.
