I understand that the event for which I purchase a ticket shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health requirements as of the date of such event; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures, and other protective measures.

Warning

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Event Cancellation or Postponement

Biocom California reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Biocom California cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund within 30 days and notified via email. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund and/or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date, if available.

Refunds and Transfers

Event Refunds

Unless specifically stated on a particular event, in order to receive a full refund, you must cancel your registration at least 5 business days prior to the event date. Should you cancel your registration after the 5 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund. Conferences and larger events will require more notice and will be stated on the specific event materials and website. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Event Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another colleague, should you no longer be able to attend, as long as they are at the same organization as you. Please note that you cannot apply your registration to a different event should you be unable to attend and/or find a substitute.

Service Providers

Please note that all Biocom California events, with the exception of conference and unless otherwise noted, are closed to any service provider companies that are not members of Biocom California. Should you register for an event, Biocom California will notify you and cancel/refund your registration.
