Mission Statement

Biocom California Institute and HR Biotech Group (HRBG) have come together to facilitate interaction among life science Human Resources professionals across California. The mission of this partnership is to provide a forum for HRBG members to share resources, ideas, practices, policies and programs, and networking opportunities.

Member Guidelines

Member Directory

The committee maintains a membership directory. Permission to access the member directory is restricted.

Communication

The committee will use the Microsoft Teams application to facilitate discussions, information sharing and networking.

Expectations

Every committee member shall be professional, polite, and respectful of other members and their questions and responses.

Proprietary Information

Please be mindful of the sharing of your company’s proprietary or confidential information.

Committee Admissions Requirements

This committee is open to all who work or have responsibilities in the Human Resources profession in California within Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Diagnostics. HRBG members who joined prior to this partnership and who are outside of these parameters are welcome to remain in the group. The HRBG Chair or Biocom California Institute reserves the right to accept or reject members at any time and for any reason. This committee provides a collaborative environment for HR professionals to ask questions, seek guidance from peers, and share information. Committee members will be invited to two meetings per year and one meeting for Biocom California members only per year for professional development and/or networking.
