CALAsia is the only international forum to connect key life science decision-makers from California and Asia Pacific together to identify, explore, and further trans-Pacific business endeavors.

Representatives of the international life science community, including established and emerging companies, pharmaceutical companies, investors, academic and research institutions and delegations representing several Asia Pacific countries will meet face-to-face in February of 2009, when BIOCOM hosts this global conference.

The CALAsia conference will bring together the leading life science regions spanning Asia Pacific with the primary focus centered on partnering bringing together the Asia Pacific and California regions by providing a forum for unprecedented partnering and one-on-one meetings to link east and west.

CALAsia will educate participants from both sides of the pacific about the opportunities and challenges facing the life science industry in each region in order to better take advantage of the strengths of each.
