Quynh Nguyen (she/her) comes with 15+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience in the biotech and pharma industries. She is Head of Talent Acquisition and DEI at Mirati Therapeutics in San Diego, a late-stage biotechnology company whose mission is to discover, design and deliver breakthrough therapies to transform the lives of patients with cancer and their loved ones. She is also founder and president of an HR consulting firm, focused on working with clinical start-up companies in oncology in their journey towards commercialization. She held Talent Acquisition leadership roles at rapidly growing organizations such as Allogene and Kite, a Gilead Company. More recently, her scope of work includes operationalizing DEI philosophies into best practices and doing her part to create health equity and STEM access in biotech and pharma. As a Talent Acquisition and Discovery leader, she is dedicated to networking with biotech professionals of all levels.
