Biocom California Institute workforce development initiatives provide life science companies with a unique opportunity to impact veterans, first-generation college graduates and job seekers from historically underrepresented populations within the life science sector.

Mentorship Opportunities
Join the Life Science Career Fellowship and help shape the next generation of life science leaders. Over the course of six months, mentors connect with emerging professionals to share insights, expand networks, and strengthen leadership and communication skills. The program combines virtual sessions with in-person events across San Diego, Greater Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer with Biocom California Institute and make a lasting impact on the next generation of life science professionals. Year-round opportunities allow you to share your knowledge and experience with emerging talent who may not otherwise have access to industry insights. Opportunities are available virtually or in person, and while volunteers must have industry experience and reside in the U.S. (preferably California), they do not need to be currently employed at a life science company.
