She has spent her career in life sciences and healthcare, with previous roles at Sanofi and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. With a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she blends strategy and science to build resilient organizations, scale talent management capabilities, and partner with business leaders to create future-ready teams.
