Adriana Cabré is a dynamic executive with over 30 years of human resources experience across diverse industries, including biotech, medical device, higher-ed and high-tech. Adriana recently served as the chief human resources officer at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, a rare disease endocrine biotech, recently acquired by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Adriana is recognized for her strategic partnership with the business and her reputation for driving people-related strategies to align with business needs. She received a B.A. from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Adriana is a past board member for the Center of Community Solutions, the California Diversity Council and Father Joe’s Villages. Adriana lives in Solana Beach and enjoys staying active, taking care of her two rescue dogs Cece & Coco, and earlier this month she welcomed her first grandbaby, Eva Kathryn Martinez.
