Loretta Hillberry, SPHR, is chief people officer at Triple Ring Technologies, where she also leads operations, quality and Intersect, the company’s startup incubation venture. Over more than 25 years in executive HR leadership, she has scaled two companies through successful IPOs, guided organizations through major M&A transitions and built HR functions from the ground up, working across small entrepreneurial startups and large global enterprises alike. Her experience spans continents, including a role as global HR country manager for Latin America at Trend Micro, leading HR operations across Brazil, Mexico and the broader region. A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, she holds an MBA in managerial leadership from the University of Massachusetts and a B.S. in psychology from Santa Clara University.
