Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer, Structure Therapeutics
Jun Yoon brings more than 25 years of operating, finance, investor relations and corporate and business development experience. He is Chief Financial Officer of Structure Therapeutics since 2022 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and member of our Board of Directors since inception in 2016. At Structure, he has led multiple private, cross-over and public financings, raising more than $2 billion in equity capital, including its IPO in 2023.
Earlier in his career, Jun served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Cellerant Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company developing immunotherapies for hematologic malignancies and other blood-related disorders, from 2010 to 2016. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Licensing and Business Development at VIA Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on cardiovascular disease, from 2004 to 2010. Jun also held business development roles at Sagres Discovery, which was acquired by Chiron Corporation, and Syrrx, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. He also served as a director of the GPCR Consortium, a global public-private collaboration advancing GPCR research.
Jun holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
