Dana Mix, M.A., SPHR, is head of human resources at Iambic Therapeutics, a clinical-stage AI drug discovery company recognized among CNBC’s Disruptor 50 in both 2025 and 2026. Dana has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across biotech and technology organizations. At Iambic, Dana leads people strategy supporting rapid growth and scale, reporting to the CEO. She serves on Iambic’s Compensation Committee and partners closely with the executive team to translate business priorities into people and organizational strategies that drive results. Her expertise spans leadership and culture, talent and total rewards. She brings experience leading the people aspects of acquisitions and divestitures and building and managing global workforces across multiple countries. Prior to Iambic, Dana was vice president of HR at NuVasive and vice president and head of HR at Capsule Technologies. She spent 11 years at Qualcomm. She holds an M.A. in organizational psychology and is SPHR-certified.
