Biocom’s Life Science Young Leaders (LSYL) Series is a quarterly networking and educational event series that provides Biocom members between the ages of 21 and 39 the opportunity to network with like-minded peers to grow both professionally and personally. Hosted by Biocom, the goal of LSYL is to foster valuable conversations while building relationships between young life science professionals representing the next wave of leadership in California. This event series is intended to provide a casual atmosphere for individuals currently working in the life science field to advance their industry leadership, knowledge, and personal and professional networks.

Mission:
The goal of this program is to retain top talent in California by giving young life science professionals a regular forum to meet, collaborate, and relationship-build.

Who Should Attend:
This event is open to Biocom members who are working in the field of life science, aged 21 to 39. If your company is a member of Biocom, you are too!
