Sustainable Solutions that Protect the Planet
|
Last week, we celebrated Earth Day with life science professionals from over 60 member companies at our annual Sustainability Reception and supplier showcase at Biocom California’s Torrey Pines headquarters. Members joined us to hear from our keynote Bob Cappadona, president and CEO of environmental solutions and services at Veolia North America, engage with panelists from Thermo Fisher Scientific, My Green Lab, and Genomatica, and explore sustainable purchasing solutions offered through our endorsed Purchasing Group suppliers. Attendees learned what companies and our suppliers are doing to reduce operating expenses in a sustainable and inclusive
way.
Our partners at FedEx, Airgas, Office Depot, Enterprise National, and others have greener products and climate-conscious programs that can help our members achieve their science-based sustainability goals.
