Tips on Conducting a Successful Return to the Office There is no one definitive way to bring people back to the office, but many companies are trying—to varying degrees of success. To set your team up for an easy transition, Cultura broke down the six essential criteria companies need to keep in mind. Strong leadership and a willingness to be flexible are vital, as employees look to their leadership team when determining their response. Returning to the office can be perceived as a loss of a benefit, so it is important to bring new value and offerings to your employees in order to demonstrate the shared gain of having an in-office team. To learn more about actionable steps your company can take, read Cultura’s best practices here.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Increase Your Supplier Diversity Spend
As of 2023, 99.9% of U.S. businesses are considered small businesses. Yet this number is reflected to a much smaller degree in the purchasing habits of the life science industry. Fisher Scientific is helping more companies than ever achieve their supplier diversity goals by highlighting and making accessible the small businesses leading the market. Work with their hands-on team to develop a custom plan to track your spend in specific diversity categories. Explore Fisher Scientific’s offerings in
safety equipment (fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, etc.), chemistry essentials, advanced simulation chambers, and more. Whether you’re unfamiliar with building a diverse spend portfolio or are an expert, Fisher Scientific is prepared to be your partner every step of the way.
