Allison Lewis joined Cidara Therapeutics in 2015 where she served as senior vice president of people and culture and was responsible for all aspects including employee engagement, compensation, organizational design, talent management and strategic HR initiatives until Merck’s acquisition of the company in January 2026. She has over 20 years of diverse human resources experience primarily in the life sciences industry, across all stages of development and commercialization.
