Anushka Arellano is the CEO and founder of Elysian HR, a boutique consulting firm working exclusively with biotech, health tech, and medical device companies. Having supported over 80 companies to date, the Elysian team pairs embedded HR advisory — fractional head of HR leadership, compensation, and compliance — with a dedicated Learning & Development practice, matched to each client’s size and stage of growth. With 25 years of global HR and Commercial experience at Medtronic, Allergan, and TESARO Inc., Anushka today serves as interim head of HR for several biotech startups and personally designs and facilitates leadership and employee training programs. She is driven by the belief that behind every therapy reaching a patient is a high-functioning team built to do its best work. Anushka holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and is a certified Insights Discovery practitioner and yoga instructor.
