Head of People, Senti Biosciences
Dee Olomajeye is the Head of People at Senti Biosciences – a certified “Great Place to Work” located in South San Francisco, CA. Senti is working to develop novel cell and gene therapies that outsmart cancer and other complex diseases. Dee is responsible for all facets of Senti’s people strategy, with Equity, Inclusion, and Culture as key building blocks in designing Senti’s employee experience.
Prior to Senti, Dee worked as a Consultant in the Health & Benefits sector, most recently in the role of Assistant Vice President with Aon’s Health Solutions Practice in San Francisco. There, Dee helped clients develop people strategies and deploy programs in the areas of Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Culture Building, and DE&I.
Dee’s professional journey includes stints in Brussels, Chicago & Los Angeles, and tenures at Mercer, The LA Times, and Willis Towers Watson.
She obtained her B.F.A. Degree in Electronic Media Communications from the University of Cincinnati and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
