Co-Founder & CEO, Kekulai
Hannah Shen is the founder and CEO of Kekulai, an AI vertical integrator for drug discovery. Kekulai builds the proprietary AI that fuses AI tools, models, and operations into one self-driving pipeline, from target selection to experiment routing. From March to July 2026, platform growth took the same team from one to three first-in-class drug programs. Before Kekulai, Hannah built and spun off companies within BridgeBio. One is now at NDA filing, another in Phase 2, and a third launched as Gondola Bio with $300M. She was also an early employee at Benchling and held a leadership role at Octant. She holds a PhD in systems neuroscience from Harvard, where she studied how systems decide under uncertainty, a core inference Kekulai runs today.
