Heidi Casey is the director of compensation for HR Consulting Services at Marsh McLennan Agency, where she leads and provides comprehensive HR consulting services to the firm’s clients. Heidi leverages her 18+ years of strategic HR compensation experience to approach business needs tactically. Throughout her tenure, she has supported a wide range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, the public sector, retail and health care. Previously, Heidi operated in consultative leadership roles, including managing and executing complex client projects as a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry. She is skilled in developing and implementing compensation strategies, programs and solutions for complex lines of business across different industries at companies such as Wells Fargo, Family Dollar and Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum).
Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
