Ida Khodami is an entrepreneur turned operator turned venture capitalist with more than 20 years of experience across life sciences, technology and innovation. She began her career as an entrepreneur followed by more than a decade at Illumina in leadership roles spanning product development, strategy, commercialization and global operations. She later became a partner at Two Bear Capital, where she helped raise and deploy a $250 million venture fund and led investments at the intersection of technology and life sciences. Her career has given her a unique vantage point across the full innovation journey, from building companies, to scaling businesses, to investing in the next generation of entrepreneurs.
