Dr. Ross is a leader in CNS drug discovery and the co-founder, CEO, and President of Alleo Labs, an early-stage biotech developing AI-enabled precision medicines for Parkinson’s disease and neurodegenerative disorders. Dr. Ross brings nearly a decade of industry experience in drug discovery and AI, including serving as Vice President and Head of Neuroscience at Immuneering Corporation (NASDAQ: IMRX), where he co-led the company’s 2021 IPO. Throughout his career, he has helped establish international scientific collaborations and strategic partnerships across academia, biotech, and the pharmaceutical industry. He trained for over 10 years at the National Institutes of Health as a neuroscientist and computational biologist, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Brown University, and currently serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association. Dr. Ross is also a former William H. Gates Sr. Fellow and Henri Termeer Fellow.
