Jackie is a senior partner in the Biopharma Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She is a recruiter and executive coach and often partners with founder CEOs, first-time CEOs, and investors as they build and evolve organizations. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Jackie was Vice President of Life Sciences at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), a global information services company that connects investors to experts to support diligence and commercial activities. Earlier, she led business development for World 50, an exclusive and confidential community for global C-suite leaders. Jackie also spent several years in client services with CEB (now Gartner), a research and advisory firm, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated confidential networking for Fortune 1000 heads of marketing. Jackie holds a BA in English and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. She has served as a mentor with Upwardly Global, helping skilled immigrants rebuild their careers in the US, and as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. She is based in the San Francisco office and lives in the Russian River Valley, where she pursues enology in her free time.
