Jason Fenton is a capital markets professional with over 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience. Jason joined Oppenheimer in February 2022 as Head of Healthcare Capital Markets. In this capacity, Jason is responsible for originating and executing financing transactions for issuers across the key growth sectors of Healthcare, particularly, biopharma, tools and diagnostics, medical technology and healthcare delivery. Jason also serves as an advisor to the firm’s corporate clients on their long term capital formation strategy. Jason also regularly interacts with the leading healthcare focused institutional investors.
Jason began his career in 1998 in the Investment Banking group at Lehman Brothers. Prior to his professional career, Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Leonard N. Stern School of Undergraduate Business at New York University. Jason currently resides in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two children.
