Jim Krenn is co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. He has extensive experience representing private and public life science and technology companies and investors in significant business transactions from formation through liquidity. His practice focuses on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling.
Jim is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences + Healthcare Group leadership team and Artificial Intelligence steering committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Entrepreneurs Exchange.
