Member Success Manager, Greater Los Angeles, Biocom
As a Member Success Manager at Biocom, Nairi helps members across Greater Los Angeles and beyond make the most of their membership. She builds strong relationships, identifies opportunities to deepen member engagement across Biocom’s programs, events and conferences, and connects members with resources tailored to their needs, spanning policy & advocacy, funding & partnering, workforce development and group purchasing.
Nairi brings over 15 years of life sciences experience spanning research, applications, and customer success. Her career includes roles at Ariosa Diagnostics, Omniome, PacBio, Roche and IDT, giving her a broad perspective on the needs and challenges of life sciences organizations. She has a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biophysics from the University of Denver, a Master’s in Biotechnology from San Jose State University, and dual Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Mathematics from UC San Diego.
