
Member Success Manager
As Member Success Manager, Riley manages relationships with Biocom California’s Los Angeles and OC member companies, in addition to members based outside of California. With the goal of building strong relationships and supporting company growth, Riley acts as a central point of contact for the Biocom California member community, strategically planning and proactively connecting members with opportunities across the ecosystem. Additionally, Riley plays a role in supporting Biocom California’s efforts to continue to build the life science ecosystem in the LA/OC region, collaborating on engagements that enrich the member experience and benefit the life science community as a whole.
Riley has a strong background supporting early to mid-stage life science startup companies and driving strategic industry partnerships. In her previous position at QB3, Riley played a key role in launching the Bakar Bio Labs, a life science incubator at UC Berkeley. Riley built and managed the incubator’s affiliate programs, developing strategic initiatives to engage industry leaders and early-stage life science start-ups. Additionally, Riley spent time working with local and state policymakers on an initiative to increase legislative support for the life science ecosystem in California. Riley graduated with honors from New York University, where she majored in Psychology with minors in Math and Chemistry.
