Sri Kosuri is the co-founder and CEO of Octant Bio, a clinical-stage, small-molecule therapeutics company focused on developing precision medicines for genetically defined diseases. The company combines high-throughput biology, chemistry, automation, and AI to engineer difficult classes of drugs such as correctors, small molecules that rescue mutated proteins. Sri also serves as a board member of Ginkgo Bioworks and is a cofounder and board member of OpenADMET, a non-profit effort to build and assess predictive models for small-molecule safety. He was previously an Associate Professor at UCLA.
