Stephanie Baseley is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at DermTech. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives that foster a strong company culture and elevate the employee experience. Before joining DermTech, Stephanie worked as an HR Consultant in the Greater San Diego Area, supporting clients including Conatus Pharmaceuticals. She also serves as the Communications Co-Chair for LifeHR, a regional network of life science HR professionals. Stephanie is passionate about leading with a more human approach—prioritizing empathy, authenticity, and meaningful connection in every aspect of her work.
