People Operations Manager
As People Operations Manager, Susana partners with the Executive Director of People and Culture to build and develop strategic plans for the organization aligning with Biocom California’s objectives, culture, and values. She is also responsible for daily HR Operations to ensure Biocom California employees can support our members, sponsors, and the life science industry to the best of their ability.
Susana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School. She also holds a Work and Life Coaching Certificate from the University of California, Davis. She brings over 7 years of tactical, operational, and strategic Human Resources experience in diverse industries including Healthcare, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Banking, and Legal.
