National Vice President of Lab Services
As National Vice President of Lab Services, Taylor is responsible for overseeing and leading Flagship’s lab services business. Flagship Lab Services offers a comprehensive portfolio of lab services to meet the specific requirements of early-stage Biotechs.
Prior to joining Flagship, Taylor founded ManagedLab Services – a lab services company based in San Diego. ManagedLab Services was launched to deliver expertise, support, and data-driven solutions to improve client lab operations. The company’s primary services include vendor-managed inventory, lab support, project management, and IT operations.
Taylor is also a current board member and former President of the San Diego Entrepreneurs Exchange – a local 501c3 that provides support to entrepreneurs in the Life Sciences industry. In 2017, she founded Boots in Bio – a non-profit dedicated to training and placing veterans in Biotech careers.
Taylor loves mentoring, networking, and finding ways to use the community to help individuals and vice versa. She enjoys spending time with her husband and business partner, Payton, and their three children at their home in California.
