CRO Committee

Mission Statement

This committee was formed to build a unique support network between industry companies and CRO’s. The committee is comprised of representatives that have expertise in discovery, development, manufacturing, clinical research and/or marketing of therapeutic, device and diagnostic products.

Committee Responsibilities

Plan Events

Assist in planning of educational events and networking events, including securing speakers.

Community Outreach

Participate in community outreach to bolster committee participation.

Act as a Resource

Act as a resource to Biocom California members regarding outsourcing matters.

Biocom California Responsibilities

Communication

Provide official communication to committee members through agendas.

Organize Events

Organize, market and produce CRO-related events and/or workshops.

Ensure Accuracy

Ensure accurate and updated information on CRO website and in all marketing.

Committee Admissions Requirements

Must be Biocom California members. All members welcome. To ensure a strong working committee, participation includes a committee chair and committee members. Committee members are required to attend/call into at least four CRO meetings per year to maintain a seat on the committee. Meetings take place every-other-month usually on the third Thursday from 8:00 – 9:30 am.
