Addressing Resistance to DEI Change with MESH/diversity
When considering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) transformation efforts, resistance is inevitable. As explained by Pritchett’s 20−50−30 rule, in any group we can expect 20% to be open to change, 50% to be on the fence, and 30% to resist. With the knowledge that emotions drive behavior, pursuing opportunities to inspire employees and evoke excitement around DEI change during the early stages is vital. MESH/diversity is equipped to help companies of all sizes work toward DEI growth in realistic, sustainable ways. To learn more about managing change resistance, read the full article here.
