Christopher Farina is CEO of Abcentra, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing targeted medicines for cardiovascular disease. Since joining in 2013, he has led Abcentra to first clinical proof of activity for orticumab, secured $50 million in follow-on financing and launched FORTIFY, a multinational Phase 2b trial. He presented findings from this work at the 2026 European Society of Cardiology Congress.
