Lada Nuzhna is founder and CEO of General Control, a therapeutics company developing epigenetic editing therapies for diseases of aging. The company emerged from stealth in November 2025 with a platform partnership with Novo Nordisk and has raised more than $15 million. She previously co-founded Impetus Grants as a Thiel Fellow, deploying more than $34 million across more than 150 projects.
