Michael Farrington has spent more than 15 years of marketing and communication experience in medical technology and life sciences. His experience spans multiple, global medical technology companies—including Becton Dickinson, CareFusion and Cardinal Health—and he currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer of NuVasive, where he leads the Company’s human resources and corporate marketing, brand and communication organizations. Mr. Farrington has played an integral role in shaping the NuVasive brand and culture since 2016—including architecting the foundation of the Company culture, The Cheetah Way, serving on Company Employee Resource Group (ERG) advisory boards, and leading many enterprise-wide cultural projects and initiatives for the largest spine-focused company in the world. Mr. Farrington has a demonstrated ability to not only drive results but also build impressive teams and keep a genuine focus on developing people.
