Paul Donohoue

Associate Director of Platform Discovery

Paul Donohoue serves as the Associate Director of Platform Discovery at Caribou Biosciences, where he directs genome engineering strategies for Caribou’s allogeneic cell therapy programs. He has worked in the CRISPR-Cas genome editing field for over a decade, has developed editing technologies, including Caribou’s precision genome editing technology, CRISPR hybrid RNADNA (chRDNA), and is an inventor on over 40 granted US patents. Prior to Caribou, he was a Research Associate at Bio Architecture Lab and a Lab Technician at Jackson Family Wines. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from University of California, Davis.
