Tracy Herbert has navigated a dynamic career as a change leader in the human resources function. She has worked as an executive for some of the world’s most impactful brands, including The Walt Disney Company, Boeing, and AT&T. Tracy completed her formal education at Harvard University and University of Pennsylvania, and is currently Vice President, Talent & Development for Dexcom, a cutting-edge company delivering innovative solutions for diabetes management.
Throughout her career, she has helped companies transform their culture, leveraging the learning, organization design, and DEI functions to drive change. She has been able to replicate success across a variety of industries through her experience leading global teams in large, matrixed organizations.
A critical component of Tracy’s career is ensuring her own leadership models the values and practices she coaches leaders to demonstrate. Through the dynamic and complex business transformations Tracy has led, she has delivered results while building and maintaining team wellness, empathy, and cohesion. She believes a human-centric approach is the foundation of inclusive and diverse workplaces.
When she is not “making the places we work better places to work”, you will find her consuming anything on health equity, practicing yoga headstands, and walking along the beach with her favorite humans (her husband and son!).
