Amy has served as Vice President, People and Culture since August 2018. Since joining the firm in 2001 she has served multiple roles within Human Resources and Administration. Amy helps ensure a keen, team-wide focus on our culture and values, while driving processes for a high-performance organization. Amy is a founding member of the Company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team (“GenoForAll”) ensuring an inclusive workplace that welcomes different minds, perspectives, and backgrounds and where every employee feels a sense of purpose and belonging. Amy is a member of Women in Bio Executive Roundtable and Director’s Rising, where she actively mentors a group of talented women to advance their careers into leadership roles in life sciences. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
